All small orders are sent by Nightfreight. The charges vary around the country and are as follows:

24-Hour Carriage Costs

72-Hour Carriage Costs

Most of England and most of Wales £8.50

Please note the following charges may also apply:

  1. Carrier booking in fee £7.75. This is where the receiver of the parcel insists that they are phoned by the carrier and a timed delivery slot arranged. The worst culprits are department stores such as Debenhams and garden centres.
  2. Return to sender fee £12.00. If a parcel is refused and returned to us we are charged £12.00 on top of the original carriage.
  3. Private address surcharge £3.50. For deliveries to residential addresses.
  4. Carding charge £11.00. If a card has to be left and a redelivery arranged.
  5. Pick up and return fee £15.00. If we have to arrange a collection from an address and the parcel brought back to us.
  6. Pick up and deliver to a different address fee £20.00. If we have to arrange a collection from one address which is then delivered to a new address.

Large Orders

Bulk carriage prices will be charged at cost (£P.O.A), however a rough guide can be seen below:

25 boxes £5.00 Per Box
50 boxes £4.75 Per Box
100 boxes £4.50 Per Box
