Manufacture of Display Stands
Apart from the plastic moulded base we make everything in house. This means we can offer a consistent quality and that production times given are more accurate as we are not relying on other manufacturers.
We have 3 Wafios BM4 machines which are computer controlled and can produce almost any wire shape at the touch of a button. The wire size ranges from 1.8mm to 14mm in diameter. Most of our production is done within the 3mm to 8mm range other sizes would rely on quantity.
We have access to sheet metal laser cutters, punching and folding machinery.
