Powder & Plastic Coating
One of the latest additions to our business is the powder coating department, designed from the start for this purpose allows us to utilise the layout and space needed to run an exceptional finishing department.
We have the ability the present multiple types of finishes to our display units providing a huge range of available colours. The powder coating department coats a very high percentage of our sheet metal and some wire stands for customers giving greater flexibility when it comes to choice of colour and some textured or specialised finishes.
Our professional powder coating division has a squad of experienced painters, using the latest ITW Optiflex™ powder guns to achieve a consistent high level of finish to all display stands.
The department has built a long and loyal list of sub-contract customers with a diverse range of products, from automotive, construction, farming and retail.
We also run 2 plastic dipping ovens on an effective production line, utilising conveyors to achieve a fast workflow. This allows us to create more visually pleasing stands while remaining cost effective and competitively priced.
